When shipping your systems for repair/rebuild please provide the following:
1. Your company Purchase Order with a brief description of the problem. A valid "SHIP TO" address for return of the repair. **
2. Billing address if different from the shipping address.
3. A contact name and phone number.
** Due to a problem with paperwork we will not be responsible for Canadian shipments that have an incorrect
